Sergio has a M.S. in Aquatic Ecology from the Department of Fisheries and Allied Aquacultures, Auburn University. His work with AWW primarily involves maintaining the statewide database and creating data reports. In addition to responsibilities with AWW, he coordinates the development and maintenance of a database for the Global Water Watch projects in Brazil, Ecuador, Mexico, Philippines and other countries through the International Center for Aquaculture and Aquatic Environments.
