Bill has been on the faculty of the AU Department of Fisheries and Allied Aquacultures since 1988. He is the co-founder of AWW and has begun a new program called, Global Water Watch. Global Water Watch is an affiliation of community-based water monitoring projects in the Philippines, Ecuador, Brazil, and Thailand. These are hosted by the AU International Center for Aquaculture and Aquatic Environments.
