Workshop Description: Test physical and chemical characteristics of water to determine pollution sources and long-term trends in water quality. Six variables are measured with a customized test kit, and results can be compared with water quality standards that define conditions for healthy waterbodies.

Message from the Trainer: Bring a sack lunch (drinks provided). Wear sunscreen and shoes that can get wet and muddy during the outdoor portion of the training. A hat or visor would be handy as sunglasses are not worn during practice tests.
